Kevin Svoboda, CPA, CGMA, is a seasoned healthcare leader now focused on consulting in value-based care. With over 25 years of leadership experience in finance, operations, and strategic growth, Kevin partners with healthcare providers and stakeholders to improve quality, enhance efficiency, and achieve better patient outcomes.

 

Throughout his career, Kevin has led organizations through complex healthcare transformations, developing innovative population health strategies, securing national accreditations, and building high-performing teams. He has worked extensively across oncology, senior care, primary care, and surgical benefits management, delivering measurable results in both growth environments and organizational turnarounds.

 

Kevin’s previous leadership roles include serving as Chief Executive Officer of Central Georgia Cancer Care, where he guided the practice to achieve ASCO and QOPI certifications and advanced its value-based care initiatives. Additionally, he founded Onnovation Solutions, which provided finance, program management, and analytics support to healthcare organizations. Earlier, he held senior finance and operations roles with Cancer Clinics of Excellence, BridgeHealth Medical, Provident Adult & Senior Care, and other respected healthcare organizations.

 

A native of Wisconsin, Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Philosophy, with a minor in Economics, from Marquette University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (Colorado) and a Chartered Global Management Accountant.

 

Now focused on consulting, Kevin draws on decades of hands-on leadership experience to help healthcare organizations navigate the shift to value-based models, creating solutions that improve care, reduce costs, and strengthen long-term sustainability.

 

When he’s not advising clients, Kevin enjoys traveling, fishing, hiking, and reading. He and his wife are proud parents of three children and grandchildren.
